Rebecca wanted to collaborate with a digital expert who could develop the aesthetic of her creative visions and sculpt a brand that suited her ongoing development as an artist. Rebecca was also transitioning from a career as a performer and wanted a digital home where her portfolio of work could be celebrated but where her focus as a writer would be at the forefront. I worked with Rebecca to boil down ideas and requests to deliver a strong online portfolio of work with ongoing support for projects. Her website now ranks highly with search engines as a result.
"Talking with Jordan creates such an energised vibe of belief in future projects and the themes I am passionate and motivated by. There is a clear rigour and structure in her work and practice which really helps to boil down what an artist needs to share to build their profile and portfolio.
Jordan has the patience to collate all the ideas and come back to me with focussed andstreamlined ways forward. Feeling led by her is such a gift, it's hard as a freelancer to not be tempted to try and do it all, I think relinquishing control and finding a digital collaborator who understands your work is key for any creative career."
When David contacted me, he was about to shoot a short film series, How to Date a Magical Creature, with the hope of it being commissioned for a fully funded series. He needed someone with brilliant production skills and experience, and had been recommended to contact What Elephant to bounce ideas around with and to keep the production in budget and on time.
Before working with What Elephant, David was experiencing challenges with logistics, crew and location sourcing. David entrusted me to focus on the logistical elements of production, allowing him to focus on the creative output.
"Thanks to What Elephant everything ran on time, on budget and the end result is great!"
Maria was developing her event series in London, The Blether. which provides a platform for inspiring, socially purposeful speakers on topics ranging from women's rights to crime.
Although the nights themselves were well received on a small scale, Maria wanted to elevate and expand The Blether's reach and profitibality. Maria came to me for creative collaboration, business insight and strategy to propel her vision forward, It was due to both my experience and honest, open way of working that Maria got in touch. We worked together to create a strategic approach to her event programming and marketing, which resulted in an increase in sales with a more targeted audience for each series.
"Jordan has such a brilliant way of seeing things in a different light and always bounces ideas off me. We always have very inspiring conversations that leave me feeling excited and refuelled. Having a specific subject offered a much easier way of programming events and made the events more worthwhile, sustainable and well thought out.
She just always knew the sort of vision and ideas I wanted. You really feel with her wealth of experience in not only work but life itself, comes out within her ideas and strategies."
